There are many times where prospective clients are referred to a more suitable person…it depends on their needs. Sometimes we need legal matters sorted before we can start the process of planning.
Which is where I see benefit in offering an obligation free first meeting with clients…it provides an opportunity to identify if we’re the right people to work with first, or even if we’d be able to help with their desired outcomes.
In cases where we’re not the right person, there’s a referral made to the right trusted professional.
